seriously, i hate accountant.
they do not know the meaning of consideration.
they do not care anything except the "formal" rules.
maybe i am not the kind of person that like to follow rule strictly.
and i do not like that kind of person.

Don't be angry. Anyway, you've to learn how to communicate with accountants. No matter how you feel, you'll find that since they are the money keeper that you've to get bridge with them, or else, you'll be in more trouble. That's what my experience to deal with them.
